BOSSIP Has The Exclusive Details On The Reality Star’s Birthing Plan
Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Joseline Hernandez has asked a judge to ban her soon-to-be baby daddy Stevie J from coming anywhere near her when she gives birth to their daughter, Bonnie next month, BOSSIP has learned.
In court papers filed this week, the Puerto Rican Princess said after Stevie’s mental abuse and financial and emotional abandonment during her pregnancy, having him by her side for the birth would stress her out and potentially hurt their little girl.
“Petitioner shows that her medical professional’s opinion is that it is not in the best interest of the birthing process for respondent to attend due to the emotional and mental stress it would cause petitioner while giving birth,” Joseline’s court papers, obtained by BOSSIP, state. “She is giving birth to her first child and will be under great physical and mental strain during the delivery. Her relationship with respondent has become overwhelmingly stressful due to his conduct.”
She even included a letter from her nurse midwife, saying that only members of Joseline’s medical team would be allowed to be there for the birth, and they can’t accommodate “unwanted visitors” – even if it is the baby’s father.
Joseline also revealed that she left Stevie because of his out of control drug use and was fed up of being controlled by him.
