I always have been a good actress, the smile on my face in the picture on the left didn't hide the bigger issue though. Back then the only things that made me happy were food and somebody noticing or showing love to me. I used to be so lonely… until I created a stronger relationship with myself than any other human being could provide me with. 12/1 , one month left in this year that has been full of chaos. I don't regret it, I just didn't expect to learn so many hard lessons. Hopefully you all have already been preparing for 2017 and if not start today. Don't wait until the New Year, why carry your procrastination habit any further? Our free will allows to create excuses for any and everything. Where have I been? Well let's just say i’ve been experiencing a lot of growing pains and learning many lessons from this journey we are all on called life. The photo on the left was my body after I gave birth to my son. I had lost a good amount of weight before getting pregnant but once I gave birth it felt like I was starting from scratch. Crazy how motivated having a child can make you✨💫🌞. I took my regime and diet to a whole new level. Made the unrealistic promise that I'd get abs (even though I never had them lol), and kept it ❤.
