Another Day Another Eviction….

- By Bossip Staff

This time Isaiah Washington is joining the eviction crew after he was booted from his Cali mansion this week.  Pop the hatch for the details.

Bossip has learned that Isaiah Washington along with his wife were evicted from their Venice, California home after defaulting on rent payments by $100,000.  The monthly payments on the house were only $20,000 a month, if he can’t afford that then we just don’t know what the deal is. He might need to holla at Bravo since they are caking the Atlanta housewives.

This is effed up…especially since all of this came at his own doing. He could have had it all, but he had to go and mess everything up by being an arrogant jerk.

What I want to know is….if you can afford to RENT for 20K a month, why don’t you own your shyt?

  • Jazmine

He should have kept his da** mouth closed instead of making dumb a** comments to that castmate of his. While his catmate is sitting pretty I’m sure he’s living at the curb like a dumb a**!!!

I truly feel bad for this brother…damn. It just goes to show how powerful words are–they can destroy you.

Hopefully, he’ll eventually be able to recover.

  • YogiSmart

Arrogance…thought they couldn’t do without him. They turned on his ass, and now he can’t get a job. I feel sorry for the fool. Fool as in “renting for 20K / month”. Man!!! All that money and absolutely nothing to show for it…..front’n for WHO?????

Gay’s run Hollywood…Daaah…He should never work again !

  • TallMochalota

An eviction and foreclosure are 2 different things. Both bad, but you could get an eviction if you refuse to pay for some bs, but a foreclosure is somebody taking whats yours. Neither are good. And why rent a 20k house? Hollywood?

  • Auntie Noxy

    Co-sign. Why would you

  • Auntie Noxy

my bad sent it b4 I finished,

Why would u let your opinion of another person mess up your money? That’s dumb and like Moni said, if you can afford to pay $20,000 in rent why not buy it?

  • Hollywood Lawyer

Actors rent cuz its tax deductible. owning is not… it is good business to rent if you make a lot of money and taxes are not deducted from salary… that’s just less you owe to uncle sam….

  • Speechless

Ya see, in Hollywood you are not allow to call a spade, a spade. Unless he’s actually a spade(Snipes).

If you are goin to play the game, you must know the rules….

  • jo

plenty of wealthy people rent/lease vs. own. only someone who has nothing would pose a question like that.

  • T.

This has nothing to do with his Grey’s firing. It boils down to business sense and lifestyle choices. The first thing that I would ask is why do you need a $20k-a-month mansion? If you don’t want to buy, I’m sure that there are plenty of nice cribs in that area that you could rent for alot less than $20k-a-month.

I’m for real…You know you have seen some feet that need some of that corn husker lotion right?
