According to BreAnna who’s a Memphis Tennessee native turned ATL resident, fitness was her saving grace during a difficult time. After suffering a loss, she immersed herself in healthy habits and it’s completely changed her life.

“I started [training] after the loss of my father at 16,” she told BOSSIP. “When I felt like giving up fitness saved my life! Working out made me feel stronger.”
