How the hell is he out of jail?
If you listen closely, you will hear James Saltmarshall try to explain killing his own 8-month-old baby…on accident. Saltmarshall was charged with sexual assault of the child along with murder charges, but the court allowed his bond and he’s out. Somehow, Saltmarshall posted a $2 million dollar bond.
