Diddy’s Chef Sues Over Serving Sex Parties

In lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s former chef Cindy Rueda claims she was “regularly summoned” to serve food to Diddy and his guests as they “engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.” Her account claims this type of thing happened regularly and involved multiple people at a time.

YIKES. But aside from that, Rueda also claims that Diddy and his friends eventually began to sexually harass her.

On one such occasion, she says that Diddy was still letting his peen swing as she entered the room to drop off his order, and says he asked her if she liked what she saw. Another time, she says one of Diddy’s homies burst into the kitchen — buck naked — and asked her directly to check out his manhood.

Rueda says the moment she complained about the sexual harassment to one of Diddy’s assistants, she was set up to look as though she had attempted to steal one of the mogul’s expensive watches and fired as a result. She claims that she was asked to sign a waiver of all rights to sue Diddy in exchange for him not reporting the theft to police. However, she declined, and here we are.

Of course, Diddy’s rep claims the whole tale is BS, stating:

“This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
