New Penis Cancer Treatment Allow Men To Fight Disease Without Surgery
If you’ve been diagnosed with cancer you’re probably not trying to hear about no damn “silver lining”. That said, if you’ll indulge us for a second you might just find this information useful for yourself or someone you know.
According to DailyMail, a new type of radiotherapy is allowing men who have penis cancer to keep their fond and friendly phallus while still also receiving life-saving treatment.
Ordinarily a diagnosis of demonic cancer cells in a man’s dong would mean losing a part, if not all, of the penis. The penis isn’t the type of thing you can lose part of and still feel ok about it.
A study was done on 200 men with aforementioned disease who chose brachytherapy and 79% of them survived at least 10 years after treatment. The percentage is a bit higher with surgery, 85%, but obviously the…quality of life, is significantly lower.
There’s something to be said about being able to still get some of that good-good while fighting for your life. Sexual healing indeed.
