K. Michelle Being Honored By FAMU

K. Michelle’s alma mater is honoring her in a big way. The reality star turned restaurant owner will be celebrated by Florida A&M University with a “Distinguished Alumni Award.”

The “Distinguished Alumni Award” is the highest award presented by the school’s National Alumni Association.

K will receive an award for her “notable and documentable contributions to FAMU” and for her success in her field.

The songstress previously served as Miss FAMU and was initiated into FAMU’s Beta Alpha Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Congrats to K on her accolade!
