Phaedra Parks Responds To Rental Allegations

Phaedra Parks is clapping back at a newspaper after they alleged that she recently listed her home for lease. The reality star/lawyer who’s currently vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard, was apparently none too pleased by The Atlanta Journal Constitution after they published a story claiming that the $1.91 million Buckhead mansion she bought last October is up for lease. The publication asserted that since her RHOA checks have dried up, she’s leasing out her place for $10,556 a month.

“Phaedra Parks’ primary income, well into the six figures annually, appears to be gone now that she is reportedly no longer on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Her likely departure happened just a few months after she purchased a swanky $1.91 million Buckhead mansion last October.

She is now seeking someone to lease her new home for a hefty $10,556 a month. It’s located at 4505 Garmon Road if you’re interested. She posted it for rent on July 26.

YIKES.

The AJC has since added that mysteriously after their story was posted, the listing for Phaedra’s mansion vanished from public record. Isn’t that convenient?

UPDATE: Soon after I posted this story earlier today (July 29), the lease option vanished off Zillow.com and Parks posted on Twitter that the “rumor” is a “lie.”

Fortunately, Google had cached the version showing the lease offer before it was changed. Here it is from earlier today. The agent listed was Johntez Williams.

Phaedra’s currently blasting “trifle people” on Instagram while sharing photos from her ritzy vacation.
