Gonna try & answer your questions in a weekly q&a vid! @truely_scrumptious asks about avoiding the unhealthy 🍠🥕snack trap. Fried foods are especially bad cause they clog arteries up & lots of oils go rancid at high temps, creating free radicals that damage cells.
