Jackie Christie Explains Not Knowing Her Grandson’s Birthday

After months of being “exposed” by her estranged daughter, Jackie Christie’s got some explaining to do.

The “Basketball Wives” star whose daughter Takari Lee is penning a book on their strained relationship, has been seen on the “Basketball Wives” reunion being stumped with a question about her own flesh and blood.

According to VH1, during the show host Marc Lamont Hill asks Jackie how old her grandson Jaxon (Ta’Kari’s son) is, to which Jackie responds;

“Jaxon? My grandson? He’s one.” When Marc follows up, asking when Jaxon’s next birthday is, Jackie says, she’s not sure.”

Jackie’s since taken to Twitter to explain the clip and she’s got a perfectly good explanation; she has a big family so it’s hard to keep up.

Suuuuuuuure Jackie.

She’s also clapping back at claims that she and Takari have little no to contact; hit the flip.

Jackie posted texts showing that Takari wished her a happy mother’s day.

“Prayed on it and decided I can’t sit back quiet taking the high road and allow my name & character to be assassinated and be wrongly accused… this ain’t my thang.”

She also had a text from Takari and a photo of Takari’s baby’s father.

Jackie’s also denying that she plays favorites with her lighter skinned children, a claim that began circulating on a previous episode of BBWLA.
