JJ Watt Raises $5 Million For Hurricane Harvey

A Houston Texans football player is using his celebrity for good in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. JJ Watt has raised a whopping $5 million in donations after initially asking for just $220,000 on CrowdFunding site YouCaring. He also donated $100,000 of his own money.

His biggest donation came from Amy and Adam Strunk and the Tennessee Titans Organization who donated a whopping $1 million.

He’s now shooting for $6 million after raising $5 million in just THREE days.
