Flavor Flav Sues Chuck D And Public Enemy

Flavor Flav wants his money and he wants it NOW.

According to TMZ, Flav has filed a lawsuit against his long-time partner Chuck D along with a Public Enemy producer as well as their management for failing to pay him his accrued royalties.

Flav claims that he and Chuck D had a life-long agreement to split an money made from their music, concerts and merchandise, but he hasn’t seen a red cent in years.

Being that he allegedly wrote at least 50 of P.E.’s music, he wants his guap because Chuck D is still getting checks. Flav was further enraged when his likeness was used on the new Public Enemy album Nothing Is Quick In The Desert and he was only paid $7500 of the $75,000 he requested.

Producer Gary G-Wiz is also catching legal shots from Flav for allegedly creating P.E. action figures, getting filthy rich and never paying out the royalties.

No response yet from Chuck D, but this is NOT what we ever expected to hear about an iconic group like Public Enemy.
