Zab Judah Jailed After Owing Thousands In Child Support
Wow, Zab really let that back child support add up. The former professional boxer was jailed in Queens County Court according to the New York Daily News for failing to pay a whopping $120K in back child support. The judge gave the former athlete the opportunity to give up at least 10% of what he owed in exchange for his freedom, around $12,000, but he failed to deliver. As a result, Judah was cuffed and hauled off to prison.
The 39 year old was sentenced to 3 months in prison. And insider in the courtroom described Zab’s startled reaction to sentence to the NY Daily News.
“After the Judge ruled, he looked like he was knocked out. He stood, was handcuffed and seemed dazed as he was taken away to jail.”
