Man Finds Wife In Bed With Boss, Could Be Arrested For Trespassing

A New Jersey florist was using the “Find My iPhone” app to track down his lost cellphone when stumbled into situation he can never unsee…his naked wife in bed with her boss. Not only does Sean Donis have to deal with the hurt of finding out his wife has been cheating on him, but he’s also s facing up to 15 years in prison for his snooping.

Sean told the NY Post, “I feel like it’s unjust what they’re doing to me, it’s like I’m being punished twice.” Donis used his cellphone to record two short videos of the adultery sesh when he confronted his wife and her boss over a year ago. The first is only seven-seconds long and shows his wife Nancy in bed with Albert Lopez in the dimly lit master bedroom of his Rockland County, NY, home. Sean yells, “Wow!” and Nancy hops off her lover before he drops his phone in shock.

The next video is a little longer and shows Nancy and Albert covering up as Sean berates his wife. “All on video! All on video! . . . I can’t believe you, Nancy. I can’t believe you,” Sean says. She yells, “Stop. Please, stop. Stop. OK, I get it. I get it. Stop.”

This all started when Donis used Find My iPhone to locate his son’s iPad. Once he found it in the app in Rockland, NY, he already has suspicisions about his wife, and decided to go investigate.

Sean got a letter on July 20 informing him a Rockland grand jury had indicted him on charges of felony burglary and unlawful surveillance. He pleaded not guilty last month and is due back in court on Sept. 20.

Snooping should be a protected right of all spouses and significant others. This is the United States of America….LET THIS INNOCENT MAN REMAIN FREE!
