YG Isn’t Bool With Eminem Getting All Of The Trump Bashing Praise
The internet has been ablaze since Eminem let off his freestyle attacking Donald Trump and drawing a line in the sand for his fans who are also supporters of the orange-in-chief. Though many people unfamiliar with hip-hop are somehow convinced that this is the first time anyone’s ever made such a powerful statement through their music, one of the first things that most brought up was that YG has been on the anti-Trump wave with his music for the longest.
Not only did YG release his song with Nipsey Hussle, “FDT” (F**ck Donald Trump), but his entire tour went by the same title, along with selling anti-Trump merch, and having fans bash Trump piñatas onstage at his shows across the country.
In now deleted Tweets, the Bompton rapper wondered why he isn’t getting any credit for doing what Eminem did in 2016. He said, “So we don’t get no credit for dissing TRUMP a year ago?” and “Mann, F**K TRUMP 4reals tho. F**k this internet shit. It’s really f**k em.” After those deleted Tweets, he blamed it on the alcohol.
Poor YG. Nobody was really denying that he did it first, Eminem just got the opportunity to do it on a national platform.
