Tyrese’s Daughter Granted Ability To Testify Against Him In Court

While Tyrese is busy whining via social media about another man’s checks…his REAL problems with family court are continuing to pile up.

If you’ll recall, Tyrese’s ex put him on the Department of Children’s Services radar when she claimed that the actor/singer had beaten their 10-year-old daughter Shayla so badly that she was unable to sit.

Tyrese has been under investigation for the claims, and their next day in court is quickly approaching. Now, it appears that Shayla will be permitted to speak for herself on what happened.

According to The Blast, Tyrese initially moved to have his daughter blocked from telling her side of the story in court, stating that having a child her age give testimony in a domestic violence case involving her own parents could “have drastic, long-lasting implications for the child’s wellbeing and psychological welfare.”

However, the judge disagreed, and says that Tyrese’s ex Norma may call on their little girl to give a first-hand accounting of what happened — if she so sees fit.

Welp, we see where Tyrese is coming from, but a testimony from his own child could put all the truth to light once and for all, if he truly didn’t do what his ex says he did…
