Chrisette just can’t win for losing. She’s been on Black America’s bad side for the better part of the year after choosing to sing for Y’all President’s inauguration in January. She’s been dragged, uninvited to cookouts and generally stomped on via GIF and meme for all of 2017. Now she’s trying to come back into our hearts with a new song called “Black Lives Matter.”
