Janet Jackmon Camp Shutting Down Dupri Romance Rumors…For Now

Folks are excited or at least entertained by super star Janet Jackson reuniting with her ex-ATL boot-thang Jermaine Dupri, but now her camp is saying “not so fast”…

Janet and Jermaine were reportedly seen together in ATL after her tour at STK by a source who said the two looked romantic and were holding hands. Official reps for Janet are now saying that’s not “unusual” and they are slow to reveal that the two are official a thang again. But, could it be becuase of a jealous Wassam Al Mana?

According to sources at ET:

“They are close and she’ll always have a warm place for him in her heart,” the source continues. “Both Janet and Jermaine are warm people, so it’s not unusual that there would be hugging or hand holding, even in public.”

But why the mixed reports??! That may be because Janet is actually going through a divorce and doesn’t want to jeopardize the outcome, especially wanting to avoid an epic custody struggle.

The source added:

“Janet and Wissam Al Mana’s divorce is not finalized and she would never jeopardize or add fire to what could be a very contentious custody battle” says the source.

What is understood, doesn’t have to be explained, right???
