Robert Kardashian & Kylie Jenner Suing Reality Star For Damages Following Alleged Assault
Blac Chyna has fired back in a lawsuit accusing her of assaulting her baby daddy Rob Kardashian and trashing Kylie Jenner’s house while high on a cocktail of booze and drugs.
Chyna – whose real name is Angela Renee White – said she didn’t lay a hand on Rob or trash Kylie’s crib and was trying to protect herself, according to her recent court filing, which was obtained by BOSSIP.
“…Any alleged forceful conduct by defendant, which is expressly denied, was caused and necessitated by the actions of the plaintiffs, and was reasonable and necessary for defendant’s self-defense and others,” Chyna’s answer, which was filed late last month, states.
Rob and Kylie sued Chyna last year for money damages, alleging she tried to choke him out with an iPhone charger while she was high and drunk, and hit him in the face and head as he tried to escape. The suit says Chyna then turned her fury onto Kylie’s house – which Rob was renting – and tried to ruin the place, causing about $100,000 in damages, according to court papers. Rob said he suffered neck injuries from the alleged assault. He also documented the aftermath of the incident on social media, and said Chyna’s abuse left him “broken.”
The siblings also said in court papers Chyna deliberately got pregnant to ensnare Rob and cash in on the Kardashian name.
But Chyna denied assaulting Rob and trashing Kylie’s house, and any injuries that Rob allegedly suffered were his own fault. She said Kylie and Rob’s allegations are barred by the statute of limitations and said they don’t have a leg to stand on, because their behavior was just as bad as what they claim she did.
Chyna said that if in fact Rob and Kylie did suffer damages, they were minimal, and either way, it wasn’t her fault.
Rob and Kylie haven’t responded to Chyna’s filing, but lawyers for all three are due back in court later this month.
