Judge Ordered Joseline Not To Take Bonnie Bella Out Of Georgia

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” alum Joseline Hernandez is making her reality show comeback with a slick new show set in Miami.

But the rapper and mom of one may be violating a court order in her child support and custody case with Stevie J if she takes their little girl Bonnie Bella out of Georgia to film “Joseline Takes Miami,” BOSSIP has learned.

Late last year, Judge Jane Barwick later issued an order barring both Joseline and Bonnie’s dad Stevie J from taking the baby out of Georgia, except for vacations of two weeks or less after a court-appointed monitor complained that Joseline disappeared to Florida with the baby for weeks, according to court papers.

Late last year, the court-appointed expert – who is supposed to monitor Joseline, baby daddy Stevie J and their toddler daughter – complained to the judge that she’d asked Joseline several times about Bonnie’s whereabouts and to see her, but couldn’t reach her for weeks. At one point, the monitor said Joseline’s lawyer told her that Joseline was “out of town,” and baby was in Florida with a nanny. The court ordered monitor said in court papers that she left voicemails for the nanny, but she never responded.

Bonnie Bella’s court-ordered monitor said in court papers that she asked Joseline several times about the baby’s whereabouts but hadn’t been given the chance to see her, which is entitled to under the court order.

The judge also ordered that both of the reality show exes undergo drug testing, but the results of the test were not made public.

The pair is supposed to be in court this week for a trial in their ongoing child support and custody case involving Bonnie.
We’ve reached out to attorneys for both Joseline and Stevie J.
