20-year-old Arfhy Santos was behind the wheel of a Mercedes AMG that struck an officer in Times Square, while 24-year-old William Lopez was the passenger. Both are from the Bronx.

Sheesh. We think it goes without saying that they’re looking at SUBSTANTIAL time for this little joyride…especially given Times Square’s recent history with reckless drivers….
