Migos Are Out Here Breaking Records That They Set Themselves
Migos seems to be completely unstoppable at this point, especially because they just smashed another record.
15 of the tracks from Culture II are currently residing in the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, Billboard reported Thursday. 15 simultaneous entries on the chart has never been done before, and the trio has now beat their previous record for most concurrently charting tracks by a duo or group with 12–that record was set when the group dropped Culture back in February 2017.
Also putting an end to the common debate of whether Migos or The Beatles come out on top, Culture II has led the Atlanta natives to destroy a record previously held by The Beatles. 14 tracks in the Hot 100 put Migos in a tie with the Beatles’ decades-long record for most simultaneous entries on the chart by a group. For solo artists, that record will be a little bit harder to beat; Drake still has the record with 24 simultaneous Hot 100 entries.
Congrats to Migos on yer again making history.
