Mary J. Blige Starring In The Umbrella Academy
Mary J. Blige is taking on another new role. After already nabbing two Oscar nominations for her work in Netflix’s “Mudbound”, MJB is joining the streaming service’s upcoming “The Umbrella Academy” series.
In it, she’ll play an assassin named Cha-Cha who’s part of a dysfunctional family of superheroes (The Umbrella Academy),” according to Shadow And Act.
Other stars will include Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, David Castaneda, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher and Ellen Page.
Congrats to Mary for being past all her drama and further blossoming into an actress.
