Blac Chyna’s Mom Accused Of Leaking Revenge Porn Of Her Landlord’s Daughter Having Sex

Blac Chyna says she plans to file a criminal complaint after a video of her giving a man oral sex hit the ‘net – and suing her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian for deliberately leaking nude photos of her.

But BOSSIP has learned that Chyna’s own mother was recently cleared of any wrongdoing in a case accusing her of uploading revenge porn of her landlord’s daughter onto social media.

Tokyo Toni’s landlord, Robin Alexander, and the landlord’s daughter, Olu Seun Alexander, accused Blac Chyna’s mother of leaking a video of the daughter having sex onto social media. But prosecutors in Prince George’s County, Md. decided not to pursue revenge porn charges against Tokyo Toni, whose real name is Shalana Hunter, after determining that there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute the case, according to a spokeswoman for the State Attorney.

Cops charged Toni with revenge porn, stalking and harassment following two alleged incidents last fall. The case was making it’s way though the courts when prosecutors from the Prince George’s County State Attorney’s Office decided not to move forward.

“We chose not to proceed due to insufficient evidence,” a spokeswoman for the PG County State Attorney’s Office told BOSSIP.

Tokyo Toni’s lawyer, Isaac Trouth, said she is no longer a tenant at the home and is happy to move on.

“She’s grateful that the State’s Attorney took the time to investigate it and decided not to prosecute,” Trouth told BOSSIP.

However, there still seems to be bad blood between Toni and her now former landlord, because both Toni and Alexander put out mutual peace orders – Maryland’s form of a restraining order – against each other, and then claimed the other breached it. Records show that Toni also accused her alleged victim of stealing between $25,000 and $100,000 in December. But records show the State’s Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute that either.
