Obamas In Talks To Produce Netflix Show
We’ve SORELY missed the presence of the Obamas in the White House ever since the safety-cone-in-chief and his shady family took up residence there.
That said, it looks like we are about to get Barack and Michelle back via a new Netflix series according to New York Times.
It is being reported that the Obamas are in “advanced negotiations” with the streaming service to produce a series focused on inspirational stories and global issues that Barry had to deal with while he was POTUS.
In one possible show idea, Mr. Obama could moderate conversations on topics that dominated his presidency — health care, voting rights, immigration, foreign policy, climate change — and that have continued to divide a polarized American electorate during President Trump’s time in office.
Another program could feature Mrs. Obama on topics, like nutrition, that she championed in the White House. The former president and first lady could also lend their brand — and their endorsement — to documentaries or fictional programming on Netflix that align with their beliefs and values.
While the terms of the deal have not be revealed or finalized, you can bet that you won’t hear the Obamas b!tch!n and complainin’ about a $500,000 offer…
