A woman at a West Palm Beach Cantina, 25-yr-old Shannon Chapman, was arrested for punching a cop and resisting arrest. Chapman was slammed to the turf by officer Kevin Harrell who said he had no choice but to take her down to the streets… Police brutality or reality?
