On Monday, Beyoncé and Jay-Z dedicated their Detroit OTRII show to the Queen of Soul, according to the Detroit Free Press.
“We love you,” Bey said. She then went on to thank Aretha for her “beautiful music.”
Before Bey and Jay went on, opener DJ Khaled also played a rendition of Franklin’s iconic song “Respect.”
