Tekashi 6ix9ine Resentenced In Underage Sex Tape Case

Tekashi’s past indiscretion with an underage girl is STILL haunting him in the courts, unsurprisingly.

If you’ll recall, the rapper was found guilty back in 2015 in the case regarding him posting a video of a then-13-year-old girl engaged in a sexual act online. The rapper was sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service and four years probation over the 2015 case back in October of this year, shortly before his 22nd birthday. It was a VERY lucky break for Tekashi, as prosecutors were heavily pushing for him to receive one to three years in the slammer.

Now that he’s back behind bars without bail for federal firearms and racketeering charges, however, it will be impossible for him to complete his community service requirements as part of his probation. According to Page Six, a closed-door meeting was called between Justice Felicia Mennin, prosecutors and his defense lawyer on Friday. It was decided that the rapper will instead be sentenced to time served since he cannot fulfill the requirements and may well be heading to prison for a long time anyway.

SMH. Under typical circumstances this would be a GOOD thing for a rapper in Tekashi’s legal position…but seeing as how he’s being held by the feds on some SERIOUS charges, it looks like the court is preparing their paperwork to place him under the jail for a large chunk of his life…
