Reuben Foster was cut from the San Fransisco 49ers after abuse allegations surfaced from his ex-girlfriend Elissa Ennis. However, the player was quickly picked up by the Washington Washington Football Team, despite the cloud of domestic abuse floating over him.
In an interview with Robin Roberts, Elissa claims it was a figurative slap in the face to see the player picked up as if nothing had ever happened after he had attacked her so violently he ruptured her eardrum.
