Darius McCrary And Tammy Brawner Finalize Divorce

Darius McCrary and his now-ex-wife Tammy Brawner have been going through a VERY ugly divorce, but it appears that the final battle is over, and the war is won.

According to TMZ, Darius and Tammy filed their final divorce papers in court yesterday and Tammy was victorious on the most contentious issue, custody of 3-year-old Zoey.

The judge ruled that Tammy will have legal and physical custody of the baby girl and Darius will be allowed weekend visits. Those visits will be supervised by the state for the first 20 times. Additionally, Darius will be forced to attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers intervention classes over the next year. Once the classes are completed, Darius will be allowed unsupervised visits. A co-parenting course is also required and neither parent is legally allowed to speak negatively about the other.

Darius will pay $1,366 per month in child support, but no spousal support.

Guess all’s well that ends well. Darius better fly right if he wants to be in his daughter’s life.
