Christian Combs Drops New EP

Today, Christian Combs aka King Combs, debuted his first official EP titled, “Cyncerely, C3.” The title reflects his collective group ‘CYN,’ which represents a New York sound and essence. King Combs takes fans through some of his life experiences from the runway, being a son of a ‘Don’ to being

independent, where he A&R’d his own project. Blending an East and West coast fusion, the project highlights 2019 urban culture featuring new talent such as City Girls and popular millennial, Smooky MarGielaa from the ASAP Mob to top artists such as Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih.

Along with the release last night, he debuted a video for his introduction track, ‘Heaven Sent,” which features a legendary Foxy Brown sample that hasn’t been revived since the Bad Boy classics. Though the track is not an official single, the video provides fans a preview of this project visually. Throughout the EP, Combs continues his role as narrator, rapping about his New York City stopping grounds like Dyckman, his love and respect for the females, and paying tribute to other urban scenes that have influenced him throughout his life. The EP includes nine songs, features a diverse collective of artists and showcases a glimpse of Combs’ personality, style and state of mind. The collection of songs hallmarks his New York flavor with Bay area beats and 808’s, bringing a collaboration of unique sounds.

“Cyncerely, C3 is very special to me because I was able to truly express every part of my artistry and personality,” shares Christian “King” Combs, who turns 21 on April 1st, 2019. “This body of work is for my fans. They will have a chance to get to know the real C3 – Christian Casey Combs. My mom always wanted me to put out more music and not hold back. That’s definitely what this project embodies. My fans get to hear all sides of me – loving, smooth and laid back, turnt up; and for sure the East and West coast vibe.”

After the release of his first official mixtape, “90’s Baby,” and his radio hit single “Love You Better” featuring Chris Brown in 2018, Combs features his youthful energy on this EP by collaborating with a new generation of LA-based artists such as AZChike, 1TakeJay, Tee Grizzley and 03 Greedo. He stays true to his authentic sound, delivering smooth flows with an R&B meets Hip-Hop vibe.
