An Officer Beats And Bloodies A Teen After Responding To A McDonald’s Disturbance

The cops are once again completely out their minds with a horrific act against a TEENAGER.

According to 7News Miami, cellphone video footage captured an officer pummeling a kid’s head against concrete when they were called their to simply break up a fight.

The incident happened outside of a McDonald’s in Tamarac, Florida near JP Taravella High School.

Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a disturbance outside the fast-food spot just before 3 p.m. on Thursday.

The teenager who recorded the cellphone footage said that students from the high school had gathered at the McDonald’s to witness a planned fight.

However, deputies ended the fight after coming to the scene only to use excessive force in the process. In the clip, the responding deputy pepper sprays one teen before holding them to the ground and banging their head against the pavement. The officer even starts punching him in the side of his head.

“What are you doing?! He’s bleeding!” students can be heard screaming in the video.

One concerned witness, Jordan Payne, told 7News that the deputy went way too far.

“Is that a fair way to treat a 13, 14-year-old, however old he may be? That’s a grown man,” said Payne. “You can’t treat a little kid like that. Come on, now. Punching him while he’s on the floor? At that point, you already had him detained. Why go further?”

Two juveniles were taken into custody, according to officials, and it’s currently unclear whether they’ll be charged. The third teen who was pepper sprayed was transported to Broward Health Coral Springs to be checked out.

The kid who was pepper sprayed and bloodied by the officer is supposedly named Lucca and a #JusticeForLucca campaign has started to bring charges against the officer.
