Dip Set Rapper Getting Into The Marijuana Retail Business

Rapper Jim Jones is taking his love of the green you roll up into the kind of green you spend.

The “We Fly High” rapper has partnered with celebrity jeweler Alex Todd to produce a line of pre-rolled blunts for sale in California and Oregon dispensaries.

The “CAPO Blunts” are pre-rolled joints that use tea leaves instead of traditional tobacco and pack one and a half grams of premium pot into each one, Todd said, and the product retails for between $20 and $30 a pop.

“The cannabis business is the next wave, so it was a no-brainer to partner with Alex on something we’re passionate about,” Jones told BOSSIP. “If you like to smoke high-quality cannabis, CAPO is where it’s at.”

And Todd – who has created jewelry for the likes of Rihanna, Jay-Z, Kevin Hart and more – said that the CAPO blunts offer convenience to smokers who don’t know how to roll or don’t have the time.

“There are a lot of people who are new to cannabis and wouldn’t have the slightest idea how to roll a blunt,” Todd said. “It takes years to perfect that talent. I know people who have been smoking for 20-30 years and still don’t like rolling.”

The CAPO Blunt is the latest offering from Todd’s luxury cannabis brand “Saucey Farms & Extracts,” which offers several marijuana strains as well as oil cartridges.
