Deontay Wilder Knocks Out Dominic Breazale

A heavyweight boxing match that was supposed to be an exciting round for round bout between two talents was cut EXTREMELY short this weekend.

“Bronze Bomber” Deontay Wilder absolutely obliterated his opponent Dominic Breazale 2:17 into Round 1 at the Barclays Center.

The WBC heavyweight champion hit Breazale with an explosive right hook that took him down.

The knock out came after Wilder, who also went viral for his “to dis day” quip, made controversial comments about possibly killing his opponent in the ring.

“If he dies, he dies,’’ Wilder previously told members of the press. This is boxing. This is not a gentleman’s sport. This is a gladiator’s sport. And with bad blood, we know I possess the power…”

“If anybody thinks this is a game, you better close your eyes,” he added. “If you’re there, bring a blindfold because this is going to be a tragedy. That’s the least I can do, I can pay for the funeral…

“Man, this fight, with the bad blood we got, I don’t see this fight going long,’’ said Wilder. “I’ll be surprised if this fight goes past three rounds. I don’t like this guy. I don’t have no good intentions for him. I wish the worst on him.”

Wilder is set to be investigated for making those comments, but he’s celebrating anyway.

What do YOU think Deontay Wilder’s boxing prowess?
