Jordyn Woods Will Appear On Next Season Of Grown-ish

It looks like Jordyn Woods is making the transition from being a reality TV star to acting in a scripted series.

The former KarJenner best friend—who got ousted from the family for allegedly hooking up with Khloé Kardashian’s baby daddy Tristan Thompson—made the announcement on Wednesday that she’s going to guest-star on Season 3 of Freeform’s Black-ish spin-off, Grown-ish.

“I’ve been waiting to share this with you guys but I am SO excited to guest star on this season of #grownish it returns June 5th on @freeform,” the model wrote in the caption of a photo of her on set. “This was the first role I’ve ever booked and I was nervous at first but I got past that and had the best time take risks and stay consistent to your journey, you never know what the world has to offer.”

Grown-ish is set to return for their 3rd season on June 5, but Woods will appear later in the season with her first episode airing July 24. She is playing a freshman student named Dee who, according to People, is a “sweet soul with a soft-spoken and sincere vulnerability.”

Woods’ new acting gig comes as Keeping Up With the Kardashians promos continue to tease a forthcoming episode where the family will address Jordyn’s night out with Tristan.
