Last time we left “Red Table Talk” the conversation was all about ENTANGLEMENTS!

“Red Table Talk” returns to Facebook Watch today! The show welcomes Brene Brown, who gives her take on why she feels Millenials and Gen Z’ers deserve more credit. Check out the clip below:

Brené Brown is a 54-year-old author known for her New York Times bestselling book “The Gifts Of Imperfection” that explores how we overcome paralyzing fear and self-consciousness while maintaining a healthy view about ourselves.

Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield-Norris also chat with Brown about guilt, fear, and self-doubt in the premiere episode.

In another clip from the show, Brown explains the importance of vulnerability:

“I knew early on in my work that vulnerability was the workplace of courage.” She added, “I knew that courage didn’t exist without it.”

Pinkett Smith, 49, laughs and echoes Brené’s statement saying, “I’ll tell you, we definitely be trying to practice some vulnerability over here.

PEOPLE reported that this season the trio will also be joined by Jessica Alba, Ashley Graham and Amber Rose “for conversations centering on mom-shaming, sexual consent, and more.”

Last season we saw some pretty vulnerable moments from the girls and their guests too like when Demi Moore opened up her drug abuse and sobriety as well as the infamous Will Smith and Jada episode where they aired out their differences and Jada finally spoke about her highly questionable entanglement with August Alsina. We can’t wait to see what this episode has in store.
