Fans paid between $165-$235 per ticket to watch Mariah Carey live in concert Saturday at Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa but Mimi didn’t want to work hard for her money and refused to even stand for her whole set!!!
Mariah Carey had service fit for a queen at her Borgata concert on Saturday night – and rightfully so.
In between belting out an endless stream of hits at the Atlantic City hot spot, Mimi had stagehands bring out a chaise, retouch her hair and makeup and even pour her a glass of bubbly – all in front of the soldout crowd. Laying back on her onstage throne, she playfully asked, “Do they expect me to stand up for the whole show? They call me a diva… because I am.”
No kidding. A spy at the Borgata told us Carey had “a ton of requests” to make her hotel suite worthy of a woman who’s had more No. 1 hits than Elvis, while another insider said a total of 10 carts had to be brought out to carry in all the singer’s luggage.
SMH. 10 carts for a 1 night gig? What a beyatch!
