MTV’s Adrienne Bailon treated herself to a $40,000 diamond ring while hosting the grand opening of the new Rafaello & Co. store on West 47th Street with Jets star Darrelle Revis. A spy tells us she bought herself the flower black diamond ring at a discount at the opening Wednesday night. Also at the bash was Ja Rule, who starts filming “I Am in Love with a Church Girl” with Bailon next month.
