When The Checks Stop Coming In: Jagged Edge Advertises Their Garage Sale On YouTube

- By Bossip Staff

"Jagged Edge"

Jagged Edge signed to a new label but that doesn’t mean the checks have started flowing. Thanks to Freddy-O, we came across a video of Jagged Edge advertising a yard sale and they are selling all of their sneakers they have collected over the years along with professional team jerseys.

Flip the Lid for a Look

Vodpod videos no longer available.

This could very well be a way of just getting rid of some old stuff, which we really hope that is the case. So, if you’re in Atlanta today… you could pick up some classic worn sneakers from Jagged Edge’s mama and daddy’s house.

How many of you think they might be hard up for money???

selling used sneakers out of the garage for 30 to 100 bucks at mom and dads house. Sounds like somebody wasted a lot of money from the good times and now trying to recoup some missed money now that times are bad. Wise investments fellows will always keep you floating.

I think they just realized that they’re grown a s s men and don’t need a bunch of sneakers and jerseys. Maybe some high school students could come up on some vintage kicks at their garage sale.
I doubt they’re rich but I don’t think they’re hurting for dough. Nobody said Kim Kardashian was broke when she was selling he old bull s h I t on ebay. JE and 112 should tour together. That’d be good money.

Hopefully it has nothing to do with financial woes…

The twins can get it goodness.

Some of the sneakers looked like they were new and never worn. That would be a nice yard sale for sneaker aficionados. Alot of rich people have yard sales or sell their slightly used clothing at consignment shops.

See thts whats wrong with black folks now. Too concerned with image and what the next man is doing. Pride and image are 2 different things. Ask yalls great grandmas about pride.

This is a gold mine for true sneaker heads. I wish them the best they seem like true collectors.

  • fishnets

Hopefully these young men have learned their lesson of conspicuous consumption and consumerism. They never needed all of those useless items, 150 pairs of shoes and jerseys bearing the name of someone else. It’s sad that “we” as a people feel the need to buy things that will never bring us security or help us to build wealth. I would love to find the original “Jones’s” and beat them from existence so “our people” would never have the need to have to keep up with them.

  • no problem

I don’t think they are broke because one of them lives across the lake in back of me and his house is nice. I’m not sure what his name is but my sister pointed him out to me one day and said he ws in tht group jagged edge. So maybe they are just having a yard sale like a lot of ppl do.

Like many other artists, this group just made it under the non-talented radar. It was a different time but the same fakery was shown and heard. They had the “machine” behind them, so even if you hated them, you listened to them because radio keep filling your ears with this crap. We still haven’t learn because your minds and ears are still being polluted with musical shenanigans.
