Raja Bell is going to the Utah Jazz:

Looks like Kobe Bryant and Raja Bell will get to keep battling with each other and not have to become best buddies. Bryant’s meeting with Bell last night to try and sway him to join the Los Angeles Lakers never had to happen.

ESPN is reporting that Bell has signed a three-year, $10 million contract with the Utah Jazz, which had just signed Al Jefferson(notes) the day before that. The site says Bell, who only played six games last year for the Golden State Warriors and Charlotte Bobcats due to a wrist injury, had big interest from the Lakers, San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat, and Chicago Bulls but went with the Jazz offer.

ESPN notes that the Bulls had sent Bell a two-year offer that was worth more than $8 million but totally incentive-laden in the second year.
