A joke gone wrong or a blatant display of racism, either way Shreveport, Louisiana mayoral candidate Bryan Wooley has enraged many residents after he allegedly posted flyers in a black neighborhood offering chicken and limo rides to poll sites.
The controversy initiated with a “Freedom Rally” event reportedly sponsored by mayoral candidate Bryan Wooley.
