Singer Pink Confirms She And Husband Carey Hart Are Expecting

R&B singer turned rocker P!nk went on the Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday to show off the permanent gift she just got from her formerly estranged hubby: her very own mini-me.

After a weekend full of speculation, Pink revealed why she tried to keep her big news quiet.

“I didn’t want to talk about it because I was just really nervous and I have had a miscarriage before but if I was going to talk about it with anyone, it was going to be with you,” Pink told Ellen during the episode to air Wednesday.

While she doesn’t know what the baby’s sex is, she is already scared to hear that her doctor believes it could be a girl.

“My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me,” Pink revealed. “I’m terrified one of us will go to jail.”

Pink was probably rushed into the announcement. Last week, Good Day L.A. co-host Jillian Reynolds opened decided to tweet her congrats to Pink instead of calling or texting her. Then tried to backtrack and say she heard the news wrong. Then this pea-in-the-pod photo was taken over the weekend.

Pink and Carey got back together in February of this year, after being separated for over a year. Yay happy endings!
