In White Folks News: Sticky Fingers Blo-han Has Another Win In Court!

Lindsay “Five Finger Discount” Lohan has a big win court, as L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox will no longer be handling her case.

You may remember Judge Elden Fox as the man who damn near made LiLo sh*t her pants when he threatened her thievin’ a$$ with jail time on a previous charge. The angels must’ve heard Lohan’s prayers as powerhouse attorney Shawn Holley stated:

“Lindsay’s “Beverly Hills case has been transferred to the LAX courthouse and will, from this point forward, be handled by the judge [Judge Keith Schwartz] who is handling the new case.” Lohan,24, is facing a possible probation violation as the result of being charged with a felony — specifically felony grand theft for allegedly shoplifting a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice Beach, CA. Judge Schwartz is hearing that case.”

Just when we thought things couldn’t get even sweeter for the troubled starlet, Holle adds:

“If the new case is meritless, as we believe it is, then there is no basis upon which to violate Ms. Lohan’s probation. That means Lindsay won’t be facing the ire of Judge Fox who had sent the actress back to rehab for one last chance. Score one for Lilo because Judge Fox previously told the Mean Girls star that he would send her back to jail for any violations of probation.

But will this break be enough to keep LiLo from rocking that orange? With Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers insisting on jail time as part of any plea deal for Lohan, we think that sticky fingers LiLo has run out of luck!

Lohan is due back in court Wednesday, February 23rd. Get your life together lil girl! SMH.
