- By Bossip Staff

Remember when P!nk, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears hit the scene in 99-2000?

Ten years later, Britney’s had two kids, two failed marriages and a meltdown. Christina is out there fawking in bathrooms and getting sloppy drunk in public.

And P!nk has been married for five years, is pregnant with her first kid at 31, and living a pretty stable life.

Which made her tweet this…

Pink couldn’t say anything about Christina 1 year ago.

Pink always seemed too independent to jump on trends – Christina-bashing is the new trend.

Big up to Pink. Can’t be mad at her swag. She found her lane and is still riding. Meanwhile, both Britney and Christina are coming forward like real PWT.

REALLY?…….WHEN…you couldnt be more wrong…..just because this is a “black” website doesn’t mean you have to put race into everything…..grow up.

  • ..

do the paps even follow her around like they do the other two?

  • Amber

if you had heard her 1st single ” there you go”. then you would know exactly who she was marketing her too. And whos shes not right now.

  • Intrinsic Beauty

Maybe that’s because they have been working since they were children while she lived an average child’s normal life…they’ve been exposed to Hollywood most of there lives…it didn’t start at 21 (or however old they were when they came out) like P!nk. Fxck P!nk, if ur life is so great, live it and stop tweeting about.

  • Ummmm

She does have a point, but she needs to be careful about gloating because she almost lost her hubby because she also took her marriage for granted at one point. She needs to count her blessings and stop talking mess about others.

Amber Look that’s business, you first ingratiate the black community then spread to the white community. Any white artist doing R&B needs the backing of the black community to even stay relevant in small markets. They pushed her in small markets because she started off as a R&B singer and when she got bigger she was pushed in larger white markets. Thats business little white girl, blacks do this as well. They make it big when they make a splash into the white community because of the spending power and population size, they tend to spend more money.

Whether Black or White or any other skin color, Nationality, etc. – I’m attracted to people who keep it real. And as far as I’ve seen with PINK – she keeps it Real. I’m happy for her.

  • seeker

She hasnt been married the whole time. They got divorced and then got back together.

    • beasley

there people go speakin and not knowin sh!t. they never got divorced, they separated

  • tommykimon

I can’t stand this bish, She needs to go sit down.

  • scotton

well Pink did all the drugs and getting into trouble before she was famous – behind the music!

    • beasley

but thats not what she means, she meant people expected her to be the one to turn out a certain way, they thought brit and christina was the perfect girls and look now…

  • if anything be noble

I wouldn’t be braggin on myself yet, girlfriend. You don’t know WHAT tomorrow may bring. —By next Sunday, Christina and Britney could be laughing at YOU.

  • Jaye

Pink did use blacks to launch her career. She was R&B when she first came. She had this hip hop persona. This made her, the next thing you know her music became rock. She had to this because she wasn’t as attractive as the other girls. This is why Lady GaGa is outrageous, becasue she is ugly, being outrageous or adapting a black persona helps them!

Pink has a great voice and becasue she didn’t sound like a white pop girl, other record labels didn’t know what to do with her. So BabyFace/L.A. Raid supported her by helping her with her sound, she did not want to do RnB but that was the stepping stone in helping her stay true to the kind of music she wanted to make. I really like Pink and her music and she and her husband realize what was important to them so they stayed together. I don’t see her being a hypocrite.

  • lala

Yeah Pink has a point but I don’t think she should speak too soon. I think I remember a time when Christina A and Mariah Carey had a lil beef and Christina A commented on Mariah’s album flop or something like that, a few years on Christina’s album flopped. She spoke too soon! I think the best thing is to keep negative opinons to yourself.

  • RafiD'Angelo

I like how everybody here is naieve enough to believe that Pink actually had that much control over her image. Pink never wanted to be an R&B artist. But what are you gonna do when LA Reid and Babyface are handing you a record contract? I’ll sing whatever you want all day on my first record. Country? Negro sprituals? I’ll sing Barney songs if you want me to and then try what I want on the next one.

    • marilyn lee

Hey don’t get me wrong.. Reid and BabyFace work to make sure she could pull off the RnB in her voice..then she was able to push them into listening to her, when it came to making her kind of music.. and they listened, because the bottom line is money is green!

    …She’s telling the truth, though. #TEAM P!NK
