Eva Longoria may look completely love struck in all those photos of her with new beau Eduardo Cruz, but she’s says she’s still dealing with the heartbreak over her failed marriage to NBA star Tony Parker.
“It’s been… Every time I talk about it, I want to cry,” she says in the April issue of Allure. “It’s been hard. Very hard. I’m just trying to get through it as gracefully as possible without any drama.” So how is she dealing? “I’m kind of having to find new patterns because I’m not used to having… I’m used to always being on a plane and flying to a basketball game,” Eva says.
She’s also surrounding herself with friends. Not only have two pals moved in with her (“my house is the female Entourage”), but she’s leaning on her Desperate Housewives costars Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman.
“When you go through something as devastating as a divorce, you just want to be surrounded by people who care for you,” says the now twice-divorced star. “I don’t know what I’d do without them.”
And she’s embracing her new life, which also includes Penelope Cruz’s brother, who she has been dating since January. “I’m in a transition stage, settling into a new routine,” she says. “And I welcome it.”
