Come on now, Chad!!!

If you see Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco sporting a $400 pair of alligator shoes, it might be part of the merchandise he bought but didn’t pay for, a Hamilton County judge ruled Tuesday.

Municipal Court Judge Bernie Bouchard signed an order for Ochocinco to pay Amm One, also known as Exclusive Wear, in the 2700 block of Vine Street $11,717.39 for the clothes.

“My clients informed me they had given him ample opportunity to pay it and he didn’t,” Joseph Honerlaw, attorney for the clothing company, said Tuesday. The clothing, including two pairs of Mauri Alligator footwear, was bought between Sept. 19, 2008, and March 31, 2009, court documents note.

Authorities tried twice to serve Ochocinco with the lawsuit but failed. He never appeared in the case and, when he didn’t appear Tuesday, Bouchard ruled for the clothing company.

Other clothes include a $400 sweater, a $350 pair of jeans and a $250 T-shirt. Ochocinco couldn’t immediately be reached.

The wide receiver, formerly known as Chad Johnson, has spent all of his 10 years in the National Football League with the Bengals. Last year, he had 64 catches averaging 12.4 yards as well as four touchdowns. He is under contract for $6 million next year. He is under contract for $6 million next year and was paid $6.7 million in 2010.

Would you buy a T-Shirt for $250???
