Remember the story last week about the naked woman found naked, bound, dead, and hanging from the balcony of a mansion??? Well, things are now a bit fishier:
Wrinkle-cream millionaire Johah Shacknai said his son, Max Shacknai, 6, has died following a fall at his California mansion. The child, known as Maxie, fell down the stairs at Shacknai’s historic 27-room mansion in Coronado last Monday, and when paramedics arrived he wasn’t breathing and had no pulse, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.
“Despite heroic efforts on the part of paramedics and hospital staff, he was unable to recover from the injuries suffered early last week,” Shacknai said in a statement. “His loving, kind and vibrant spirit will forever be in our hearts and those whom he touched every day. The loss to our families, Max’s many friends of all ages and teammates, and the community is immeasurable.”
Shacknai’s girlfriend, Rebecca Nalepa, 32, who was divorced and also known as Rebecca Zahau, was found hanging by the neck from a balcony at the mansion Wednesday. Her wrists and ankles had been bound. Her death was reported by Shacknai’s brother, Adam, who was staying in a guesthouse and the only person home at the time.
The San Diego County Sheriff’s department called the death suspicious and it is under investigation but said the two deaths did not appear related.
Shacknai is the chief executive officer of Arizona-based Medicis Pharmaceuticals Corp., which sells anti-aging gels and other cosmetic drugs.
He is divorced from Max’s mother, Dina Romano.
WTF is really going on in this household…somebody better come up with some answers soon!
