This super alcoholic broad here wants nothing good out of life.
According to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, a witness on I-75 called in reference to a reckless driver. They gave deputies a description of the vehicle and the license plate number.
A deputy found the SUV at a fast food mart in the 1000 block of Knights Trail Road in Venice around 8:44pm.
The driver, 37-year-old Jennifer Buckley of Tampa, was staggering out of the store carrying a 16-ounce can of bud light beer. After dropping the beer, she picked it back up and got into the vehicle as to drive off.
The deputy knocked on the window and Buckley asked if she thought she should be driving. Buckley said ‘yes’. She then went on to say that she was on her way home to Tampa, and the deputy advised her she was driving the opposite direction. She then said that she was due in court in Naples for a previous DUI.
Buckley said she bought the beer, because she was nervous and hadn’t had anything else to drink. She refused a breath test and failed field sobriety tests.
Inside Buckley’s vehicle deputies found the can of beer just purchased, a warm bottle of bud light beer on the passenger seat and two empty 100 ml bottles of Smirnoff vodka.
Do these people operate in life with the hopes of ending up on some “Dumbest Criminal” show? SMDH.
