What kind of genius does something like this???

Authorities say a Chicago man disguised himself in women’s clothing in order to get close to his shooting victim. Lepaul Williams, police say, donned a black wig, pink halter-top and blue pajama pants, and armed himself with a handgun, after quarreling with neighbor Bryan Stalling, reports the Chicago Tribune.

According to police reports, Williams approached his neighbor and a group of men shooting dice down the block from his home around 1 a.m. and shot Stalling once in the chest. Williams, a supermarket worker from Chicago, is believed to have become increasingly agitated over Brian Stalling’s relationship with his ex-girlfriend. The pair are thought to have argued earlier that night before Williams opened fire on Stalling having followed him.

Witnesses told police that Williams then smashed the windows of Stalling’s car before setting it on fire, according to the Tribune. Williams reportedly told witnesses that, “if they told on him, they would get it too.” Stalling reportedly survived the shooting and is recovering at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.

A SWAT team eventually extracted Williams from his house, where he had barricaded himself after the shooting, The Tribune reports.

According to Melisa Wooten, Stalling’s neighbor and godmother, the two men had argued frequently for several weeks, reports the Tribune. “I never seen him wear women’s clothing before,” Wooten said. “He planned the whole thing so he could get closer to (Stalling) to shoot him.”

The alleged shooter was reportedly being held in a prison hospital.

Sorry “LePaul” this one was a fail for real!!
